  Staff was extremely disrespectful and were swearing at us. Told us to get out of the dining room even though the doors were open. DO NOT go here, service was below a 0/10. Some of the staff should be fired.

  Pulled up to the speaker with a line in front of me. I waited for almost half an hour, everyone in front of me had long gone. Nobody ever came to say absolutely anything until I called a family member confused about what to do, how long i’d been there, and if I should just try going inside instead. To which they suddenly were able to speak to kinda rudely mention that they had doordash orders. How should I know that? I’ve been sitting there confused with no information to go off of? The people actually already at the restaurant didn’t really seem to be a priority. Waiting for half an hour is one thing if when you pull up they warn you like “hey it’s gonna be x amount of time, we’re backed up”, but no. Just dead silence. We usually haven’t had any problems as of recent, but today was really disappointing. If you’re backed up, just say that when they pull up since you know they’re at the speaker. It’s not their fault they got so busy, but just a little bit more communication is all? The food is usually pretty fine for us, but the wait time is god awful. It takes FOREVER to get through the drive thru here, which I feel like it wasn’t always this way.

  Today around midnight, I drove in to pick up an order by car. This was absolutely the worst place I have ever been served at in my entire life. The order was placed through the DoorDash app, and I drove straight to the pickup window so I wouldn’t waste time. Instead, I wasn’t even allowed to explain anything and was immediately told to go to the end of the line and repeat everything into the microphone as if it were a new order. I tried to explain the situation and politely say that my order was already ready and that they just needed to hand it to me. But before I could say a single word, the window was simply shut right in front of my face. I drove around and got back in line again so I wouldn’t block other cars. However, when it was my turn, they again refused to listen to me and said they would call the police if I didn’t follow their instructions. From the way customers are treated here, it feels like people are treated very poorly, and that raises concerns about the quality of service overall. Fortunately, I drove a few miles to Strongsville, where my order was handled without unnecessary questions when I went straight to the pickup window — and I am very grateful to them for that. I would not recommend coming here if you expect respectful communication. Management should seriously review the staff behavior, as this is not the first negative comment about the attitude of one of the female employees.

  Honestly, I never imagined that I would be leaving a review for Brunswick (Center Road) Taco Bell due to the terrible service that we would encounter anytime we went to that Taco Bell, regardless, if it was for personal reasons or for DOORDASH. I have to say that for the last several months, the Night Shift manager, I believe her name is Shanice is ON IT! She is very kind from the time you get to the speaker until the time she hands you your food, and in my opinion goes above and beyond her duties! She just exudes overall kindness and warmth and I greatly appreciate her and the way she runs that Taco Bell now. If you used to go to this Taco Bell and felt like you never wanted to go back there, try going again with Shanice being the manager, and I promise you, your opinion will change!!! As long as she works there and her staff that she sets the standard for is there….. I will now always go to that Taco Bell. Nicole 🤍🍄

  I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes behind one car at the order screen with no response. Because of the way the line is set up, I couldn’t exit until other cars backed up to let me out. When I went inside, I politely informed an employee that someone had been waiting at the speaker for 30 minutes without being helped. Before I could even mention that I was there to pick up an online order, the staff became immediately defensive and rude, claiming they were extremely busy and only had two employees working—though there appeared to be more staff present. There were only two customers in the lobby, and during my wait I saw multiple people come in and out with food. The situation escalated when 3 of the 4 employees began yelling profanities, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This level of behavior and lack of service reflects very poorly on management and the overall customer experience. As I was walking out, the employees continued screaming and yelling profanities with other customers in the lobby. Absolutely disgusting, appalling and trashy behavior.
