We ordered fries, which were luke-warm and under-cooked. In two instances, the order-taker(/cashier?) was only half-paying attention to our orders and had a flat affect. Waiting a long time for under-cooked, luke-warm food is not unusual here, unfortunately. I highly recommend that everyone avoid this location!
1/31/26 @ 1:20pm - I just purchased food from this location. I ordered a large iceed coffee. When I received this coffee the worker intentionally tried to pass off a medium iceed coffee as a large. I questioned her and she stated that the medium cup was the new large cup. Fast food businesses are constantly changing sizes etc., so naturally much of my frustration was directed towards the business and not the worker. After much resolve, I read the back of my cup to realize that the worker was either totally lieing and didn't want to fix the issue or she lacked the competency to work the drive thru at McDonald's. My mobile code was LO04. Your consideration towards this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was a little skeptical on coming here after reading reviews. But I have a 5 year old whole loves McDonalds and playland this is the meca location. Manager and employees were very hard working. Will be back.

I’ve never written a negative review before, but this location is so poorly run that I feel compelled to share our experience.
We’ve brought our kids here a few times because the play place is actually nice, clean, and the giant red slide is a huge hit. Unfortunately, the service completely ruins the experience.
On our most recent visit, we waited over 45 minutes for our food, and several items were missing. Once your order disappears from their screen, good luck— they continue making everyone else’s food while you stand at the counter trying to get someone’s attention. Acknowledgement is rare, and follow-through is worse. It felt like no one cared at all.
At one point, I went back up just to get a straw because the self-serve station was empty. I stood there 5 - 8 minutes, completely ignored, while an employee walked right past me without acknowledging me. I eventually had to stop them just to ask for a straw.
You’ll wait longer for food at this McDonald’s than you would for a steak at a sit-down restaurant.
One important comparison: we ordered through the app and received our food in a reasonable amount of time. However, our family members who ordered at the kiosk waited over an hour and a half by the time all missing items were finally corrected.
To top it off, the dining area was dirty. Tables had food stuck to them from previous customers, and I had to clean off our own table before we could sit down.
The play place may be nice, but the lack of organization, cleanliness, and basic customer service makes this location incredibly frustrating. We won’t be returning.
