  Avoid at all cost! They had our food flipped in the bag, wet and ruined. Should've trusted the rating. Do yourself a favor drive extra couple miles to other locations

  many times I had issues here. last time they dropped my burrito on the floor right in front of me yes it was wrapped but also sort of open. today I got my veggie bowl with raw rice. which makes you severely ill. online customer service refused to refund me and when you call it's a nationwide help line. good luck. I'm done with chipotle. never ordering again

  The very first time I went here when they had newly opened was wonderful. Everyone was nice and the food was fresh. Since then every time I go everyone is still nice, but the meat is clearly dried out and rice hard. I know they're not overcooking it because they use timed machines, so it must just be sitting out too long.

  I don't even want to give them 1 star lol. They messed up on my online order didn't give me the queso and guac I paid for. And also added shredded cheese which I didn't ask for. When we took the bowl back, we were met with a rude attitude from the dude who made the bowl and he decided to get the manager. The guy gave us a hard time about remaking it. The manager was cool about it and told him to just remake it like no problem. Well, this dude decided to SLOP on a comical amount of guac and queso. Like I'm not even joking. About half of a regular sized pint of guac you'd get at the store. The queso he added was poured into my bowl and ruined it. AND, he almost put shredded cheese on it again. Awful service and location. I would avoid it like the plague. The chicken was also really undercooked.

  I still struggle to understand the businesses they are putting in our town. Another experience the same pretty much. So, I keep saying I'm going to give Chipotle one more try. Our brand new location on Pearl. I went in for me and my son it was $40 and I did a double take at how much it cost. I got no drink. And to no surprise, just like the others now, Chipotle used to be so amazing... I couldn't believe how bad it was. Quality of their meats is horrible now but you're still paying the prices. 100% of my steak was fatty and tough, and that is because I won't get the chicken anymore because it's not what it used to be and has no longer been all white chicken breast for some time. The chips were dark and tasted like grease and we're not good, I ate half of it and told my son he can have the rest at home and I never, not finish my food as I love dining out. Not good food. That is the last time I will ever buy chipotle. No more. That is it for me. Done with this place. Not to mention, you build another location and just like everywhere else, you walk in... it is so small and not inviting to eat in with hardly any places to sit. Nothing was good about it. Except for the young adults behind the counter were polite and nice. So thank you.
