  Never again! We will never go here again. This Arbys can never get an order correct. Over the course of the last 2 months (4 visits) not 1 order was right. Something missing each time. Peach cobbler rolls missing, meat box missing potato cakes twice, old nasty looking roast beef. Done!

  Stopped at the Brunswick location to grab some lunch, wow the dining room is a hot mess. Five teenagers in the back behind the counter, had to go up and ask for napkins had to go up and ask for horseradish sauce , why they all hid in the back...all the containers by the pop machine most of them were empty. How sad teenagers making this kind of money and they have nothing to do but take people's orders that dining room was disgusting, not a clean table anywhere and the restaurant had nobody in it but myself and my husband you guys need to make some serious changes. I will never be back to that restaurant.

  Raw chix sandwich in the center. Gave the wrong side. Asked for a refund and they gave me $7 back. Sandwich was more. If you want salmonella this is your place.

  Ordered a large Jamocha shake and medium curly fry. Waited far too long to get served fries that were barely warm and tasted like they were cooked last week. There were 2 customers inside and me in the drive through. It appeared as there may have been only 1 person working.
