  We went for the fun balloon guy/kids eat free night for the second time. We went once last month. Both times we never got a free kids meal. The first time they were super busy so I just said whatever and didn’t say anything. Today when we went I ordered my meal then my daughters and again her meal wasn’t taken off. I asked the cashier isn’t it kids eat free night, she played dumb and said uhh I don’t think so I’ll have to ask my manager. Then never asked her manager and proceeded to charge me full price anyways. Not that big of a deal as I typically give that $5 to the balloon guy anyways but it shouldn’t be advertised as kids eat free if they in fact do not.

  I preferred through the app and upon pickup my order was ready. I told them I had a pickup order and said one moment to me and decided to take 5 orders and make their orders in front of me before giving my food. What should take 2 minutes in and out turned into a 10 minute ordeal! My food was cold. Thanks.

  I deliver for a company and they are extremely rude to the delivery drivers who come in. They do not acknowledge them and put those orders last as if they are less important and their customers aren't ordering them. This has happened several times to the point that I decline pick ups from this restaurant.

  Always messing up orders. I only get my cheeseburgers plain. Got mustard and pickles on both of them. Pretzels were stale.
