  Arrived at 10:15 PM kids working claimed to be “out of” steak, chicken, white rice and fajitas. Employees were visibly annoyed to have a customer showing up.

  Took a bite of my tacos and pulled out a piece of hair not once but twice. Neither my daughter or I have straight hair. They need to start wearing hair nets when dealing with food and pulling their up into a bun. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Totally ruined my appetite. Thanks 👍🏻

  Rice is always undercooked and crunchy, peppers are usually undercooked, and they're always out of at least 1 of the 4 ingredients I get on my burrito - and they don't tell you that until you're halfway through ordering. And don't even try to order online. It will never be done anywhere close to when it says it will, and in my case, I have yet to show up to pick up an online order without it just mysteriously having already been made but is never to be found when I get there. Thus making it always take more time than it would if I just stood in line. Chipotle as a whole was already overpriced, and continues to price themselves out of existence. The fact that they can't even handle the one specialty food item they make is beyond the final nail for me.

  To whoever made my veggie burrito tonight 2/13/26 just know I hope you have an amazing valentine’s day weekend and you did all such an amazing job! I mobile ordered and sometimes in the past I feel like I don’t get as much veggies or guac in my burrito and let me tell you, this exceeded my expectations + more after being STARVED after my work shift today. Thank you and well done!
