We went in to get our food . A clerk told me I was slow to order and her attitude smelled. We got our food in the car, everything was cold. We took it back and the lady pour salt on the burger for meanest, she cursed me of making food cold because in made a fountain drink. They was rude and insulted me

Stopped at this Wendy’s. Food was kind of crap. The fries were undercooked and the chicken nuggets were a little undercooked. Asked for a cream in coffee and did not get It. Also, the employee doing drive thru had visible dirty fingernails. Wash them sir.

I showed up to dine in and got in line behind another group waiting at the counter, 5 minutes passed by and the employees walked passed us several times avoiding eye contact and pretending like we weren’t there. The group in front of me walked out and after a few more minutes of being ignored so did I. As I was leaving I noticed a car waiting at the drive through, also being ignored. I drove to a KFC across the street where I once again ran into the group that was in front of me at Wendy’s. I will also be writing a very good review for the KFC because they actually serve their customers.

Went threw their drive thru pick up, a guy came to the window looked at me, then walked away. 2-3 minutes later he comes back opens the window and just looks at me, no smile, just like he was trying to be scary or something, so I bring up the obvious, I'm here to pick up my order, be immediately walks away, no words. A minute or so later he comes back and gave me a "you're still here?" Look. I tell him the name and order. He tells me how much, I give him a 50 dollar bill for my 35 dollar order, he takes the money and more than 5 minutes go by, he walks by the window and I wave but he acts like didn't see me after making eye contact. So I honk and he comes to the window and throws it open and very angerly tells me to be calm then slams the door back closed. At no time did I do anything to this guy except for asking what's going on, he still has my 50, and my food that I can see from the window that has been sitting the whole time. He eventually actually brought my food and gave me my change. I tell him I wasn't trying to be rude I was just trying to get his attention to ask him about what was going on. He replys with "right". So I ask to speak to a manager, told her what happened and she was like what can I do to make it right, I just simply asked to maybe figure the guy out or not to let him talk to customer. She was nice and I could tell she already knew what the complaint was about
