  I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles, small fry and medium unsweetened iced tea. The gentleman taking the orders and handling payments at the drive thru was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, that's where the good customer service ended. The young lady who handed me the food forgot my fries and handed me a cheeseburger that was cool to the touch and the cheese was not even melted. The drink was fine. I re-entered the drive thru and let the gentleman know that my burger was not even warm and I was missing my fries. He took the burger that I had bitten into. The lady at the pickup window assured me that my food was hot. Wrong! The fries were hot but the burger....once again...was cool without the cheese being melted again. I'm in town helping my son and his wife with a newborn. I really needed something to eat and this is what I received. Smh

  i ordered food and they took me to one of the rooms in the back and they probed me because they were secretly aliens and then told me i was never allowed back

  A sign fell on my truck in the drive through and they refuse to contact me back about fixing the scratch and dent created.
