With a load of kids, it is a headache to go inside so I can take everything out of the bag for inventory. One time, they were out of cheese for the chilli and still charged us for it. Not expensive, but it still cheats customers. Also, I can remember how many times they were out of menu items. For us, today was all frosty flavors except chocolate.
