  I ordered the triple treat box for my family for dinner and when we received the order it was completely wrong. I did not receive the cinnamon rolls and the crust was thin crust but i ordered original pan that i paid extra for per pizza. If this was just a $15 order i would have probably just let it go but i paid $29.18 plus $5 tip and everything was cold. I tried calling 10 times to get this fixed and just wanted what i ordered but no one would help me, they would either transfer me to the store and no one would answer the phone or they would put me on hold for a long time, i even had1 customer service rep hang up on me because he didn't feel like dealing with it. There was another rep that said she put a complaint in and they would call me back within 10 minutes but no one did. This ruined my entire night, i felt completely disrespected by all of the customer service reps and Pizza hut in general. We ended up eating the disgusting food only because we had no dinner to eat. I have my call logs of calling right after i received my order and i took some pictures. The store location is at Biddulph plaza in Brooklyn Ohio.
