This time I again ordered online, I went to the same place I picked up my first order, the ledge in front of where they are making food. I was there a few minutes because I received notification my order was ready. There were 3 people behind the counter and no one acknowledged me. Then a young man walked up next to me and was immediately acknowledged and helped by one of the three behind the counter. After a couple more minutes someone finally asked me if I was waiting for an order and that was when I was told about a shelf unit around the corner out of sight where my order had been sitting. Customer service is terrible at this location.
