If I had time to wait for the fries I wouldn’t have ordered on the app. Additionally, there is an “I am here” button on the app that I tried to use to circumvent the, “we want you to have fresh fries” nonsense. Why is that there if I’m going to wait either way? How is it reasonable that I ordered it at 4:27 and it was “ready in 8-13 minutes” and now I am in the lobby at 5:11 and it’s not ready? As an adult, I should be responsible enough to get my food on time or deal with it being cold

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
