Tasted like a warm bag of mixed nuts when I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso. The caramel Frozen coffee had the most disgusting bland taste I’ve ever witnessed literally tasted like a warm cup of milk. Not to mention everything had a horrible color. The employees in here clearly don’t give a Damn about anything. Didn’t speak a word and just shoved it out the window. Literally the worst drinks I’ve ever witnessed at a Dunkin. Do better!

I felt bad because there was only one person really doing anything while everyone else stood around. Eventually all the other employees came out of the back, and a young teenage boy helped me with my ice cream. He seemed irritated to even be there working. His pants were basically about to fall off his butt. I guess thats what these kids call style nowadays. Thought we lost interest in showing off our boxers back in 2007 but I suppose not. Anyhow, he was very rude and didn’t seem like he wanted to help me at all. He seemed more interested in whatever his girl coworker was doing. This Dunkin desperately needs more staff that aren’t children.

But I was attempting to pick up an order and there was no one helping any customers except at the register and when they did say anything to people it was rude. After waiting 15 minutes I decide to ask for an eta on the food. To be yelled at by the manager I should drop the order and have another crew member I believe named Justina start running her mouth and degrading me for doordashing and was told I need Jesus. There are cameras so the whole show is available to be seen. Not only did I feel they were beyond unprofessional but I’ve never been yelled at by restaurant employees ever before at any restaurant. As a customer there’s a reason I don’t ever go here. And I recommend unless you want yelled at because THEY can’t keep up with their own orders to choose a different Dunkin.
