The food is Not the same like 20 years ago. In addition their employees need more training and more customers services knowledge. Customer are who paid chipotle employees salary not the company.

Then let the bowls get cold and have hot fried food and that's it. Don't understand why people can't grab the concept of multitasking is.

When I walked in there was no action going on anywhere besides the cashier scrolling on her phone with a line of people waiting to order. When someone finally let her know I was standing there I received my food. Already annoyed I walked out of the store to just go enjoy my food.....until I got home and my food was as cold as it was outside. I'm talking it felt cold enough to think they kept it in a refrigerator. When I mentioned it on the chipotle app the response I got was we apologize we will make sure this is brought to their attention. Will not be returning and Im not sure if I will be returning to any chipotle anytime soon.
