Two employees were working at the drive thru window and pretended we weren t there. One was at the donut register and pretended we were invisible. A guy came in after us, got waited on and left. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
