  Ordered ahead for 10:45 pm, waited in an extremely long drive thru line till 11:00 pm, just to be told at the window to pull forward to wait for our order which was two shakes and a sundae. Employees inside then left and a new employee came in. Nobody made our order. Had to go through the drive through again after waiting. Would not recommend this location.

  Just left here and normally I get okay service. Never had a problem before with my coffee. If you ever walk in there and see a short heavyset manager with short hair, avoid this Dunkin at all cost when going for coffee etc. she was very rude behind the counter, addressing her staff like they were toddlers and being especially rude to a older Muslim woman. I don’t put up with such gross behavior.

  I go inside sometimes as a special treat to my son. We usually get ice cream and donuts. The ice cream area (Baskin Robins) is always ignored as though I am invisible for 20 minutes until I get fed up and flag someone down. Everyone looks disgruntled and unhappy to be working there. Driving through they take your order and when they mess it up it feels like it’s your fault. My husband ordered a chocolate frosted donut, received a chocolate covered donut with sprinkles. He said I did not want sprinkles, I just wanted a plain frosted donut. The girl at the window told her coworker and her coworker said “BRUHH”… first of all my 11 year speaks like that to his friends but in a place of work? I suppose I have higher expectations, but get the order right or communite/ask if the customer would like sprinkles on the donut and then there will be no need to fix mistakes.
