- EREric Robinson3 days ago1.0This location is horrible. I’ve been having trouble at the middleburg location too. This place keeps raising their prices and the quality keeps getting worse. They’re charging top dollar and the quality isn’t there at all. Last time I went I got raw hard undercooked rice. I see there’s other people complaining on the reviews about the same issue. Then when you complain on the app now about poor quality they won’t even refund you or give you a free entree anymore. I just now got another bowl and got completely raw red undercooked steak. This is a huge health code violation. I’ve had countless other poor experiences from here as well but these have been the worse experiences. I think it’s time to write off this over priced garbage. It’s a shame because when the quality is good it’s some of the better food you can get. But I’ve definitely had more bad experiences here than good.

Sadly, they refused to accept our gift card, claiming that their system could not process it. We were forced to pay out of pocket, defeating the entire reason we went in the first place. Super disappointing!

Went back to Chipotle with a good attitude even though it was a nuisance. I was met with nothing but attitude from the night manager, she acted as if it was my fault. No apology, or sorry for my troubles. Got the bowl back to work and it was trash, got half way done and lost my appetite. Don’t go here unless you’re dying from starvation.
