- CScarmen singh3 days ago1.0Ordered a birthday cake and they sent a Oreo cookies and cream cake told me they didn't have that cake and they just sent any cake they wanted to without any notification 😭 told me to bring it back after I paid a delivery charge and tip the driver to come deliver it to my establishment, this location is not business oriented and really don't care about the consumer. And now they're not picking up their phone. Stay away

I was there, waited in what I thought was in line for about 15 mins, no acknowledgment from employees whatsoever, there were a couple of other customers confused as much as me where the line was or where to order and when I tried to asked a girl behind the counter twice she ignored me, she just pretended that she didn’t hear me, a gentleman next to me chuckled a little bit and shook his head for the poor customer service, I was a paying customer and a simple greeting would go along way but they were all in their feelings and emotions because one girl dropped another customers banana split and that set off the worst mood. If you want friendly and good customer service this location ain’t it, if you are a loyal customer with this location and never had a problem good for you!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
