    Ok can someone give me a good number for corporate to complain and someone hear me. This place has no management. Stop training kids with a computer. I want my food fast. NOT 40 MINS. I was in line 15 mins just to get to the windows then they ask me to pull over to spot number one because the guy before me was waiting too. But we sat for 25 more mins in spot one. While I was sitting there the lady in spot 2 was getting pissed too, so in meantime my wife had went in and was waiting for food because she was nice. I kept my calm so I wouldn't be on you tube. Btw the lady in number 2 spot went in and went off on them. Just remember that while im in spot number 1 and girl in spot number 2. 30 cars were attended too so why am I waiting how do 30 cars after me get their food before me.. what we gonna do start using parking lot and waiting area. Please someone tell me who to speak with. Oh BTW go watch the movie founder

    Absolutely the worst picked food in drive through upon getting home noticed a sandwich was missing called and was told come back and pick up or wait another day , well for one thing my time has a value it was there mistake and felt like it was mine they way it was presented not even a apology and when return I felt again I had done something wrong , McDonald’s being a billion dollar company feels like the customers owe them and from there people they employ reflects it there you pay more and get less from all other reviews I read people should stop patronizing this and other McDonald’s and change would maybe occur, but if we keep giving business to them that opens the door allowing them to treat us like we need them not as a business as big as McDonald’s corporation needs us to sustain , so next time drive rite by to a place that at least apologize when they are wrong and go the extra distance instead of raising the price and doing less

    Imagine workers even if you talk normally they still act annoyed and hate to serve you and give you correct orders they gave me a McDouble with two top buns and you call this quality service the Cleveland Metro Zoo had better food than this what this is is just outrageous and ridiculous like come one I worked in fast food and had alot better of an attitude and common sense and respect unlike this place that gives you one worker who gets annoyed and they always switch up the people on the speaker in an annoyed way.

    Just a heads up for a manager to maybe fix. I am a manager of 50 years old for the record. I live in Brook Park and have until now purchased food at the Snow road location. Tonight I had the very rude drive thru attendant (Blonde big), not only not serve me, but when I asked to talk to a manager she said she didn't have to get a manager and said she didn't have to serve me. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I didn't ask for anything besides customer service which is a lost art these days. I will never give you my money again (any location). For the record the location was not busy with no one else in the drive thru. At 1015 it normally is busy since I bowl across the street. That says a lot of the lack of service that is happening now.

    I hate this location!!!!!! Hate it!!!!!!! I asked for a Big Mac without pickles and cheese. What do I get? A Big Mac with a mountain of Big Mac sauce and onions. Where’s the lettuce? Good thing I had lettuce at home because I had to add it myself. My son’s hamburger bun was burnt and his hamburger had pickles on it. I asked for just ketchup. They need to stop hiring dumb teenagers and actually train people properly.
