Every time I think to get Dunkin’ I end up going elsewhere because this (and frankly every dunkin location in Cleveland) has an absurd drive thru line that real talk, I ain’t sitting through. Dunkin is good but it’s not “wait in the drive thru for half an hour to an hour” good like cmon. And if you’re having trouble hiring people then offer better wages! There are people who want to work, you just have to pay them!! This is a management error that should be corrected. I’m shocked it hasn’t been addressed already.

The coffee tastes absolutely horrible, orders are done incorrectly, and the staff are just just rude. I tried to complain to Corporate, and the dm basically just asked in so many words, well what do you want me to do about it? Since then I will no longer spend a single cent towards dunkin. I make my coffee at home. It certainly saves me money.
