  Placed an order for 2 10 count munchkins with glazed and blueberry glazed. Get to work and its glazed and chocolate glazed. I dnt eat chocolate so I had to throw them away. If u were out of blueberry all they had to do was say something and I would of taken all glazed, but instead, they say nothing. Waste of money on something I had to throw half away.

  I’ve been coming to this location for years but it has gone very downhill over the last year. Almost everytime I come here, the employees forget to put the flavor in the coffee I’ve ordered. If I order a coffee with vanilla syrup, you should be putting the vanilla syrup in it…. I used to work for a Dunkin and it’s really simple to make the coffee order correctly. I understand messing up occasionally, but my coffee has been made incorrectly or is missing the main ingredients EVERYTIME I come here. Please do better because it’s getting ridiculous

  I always order two sandwiches and they always forget one of them. This has happened three times now and the online portal to report an issue has never done anything helpful.

  Just went through the drive thru, there was a woman with glasses who served me and let me tell you I wish I had gotten her name. She was the kindest person I’ve came across in a while, I haven’t stopped smiling since I drove off. The way you treat people truly matters I would go here every day if I got her. And if you know who I’m talking about give that woman a raise!! She was amazing thank you so much she made my entire day it took me forever to decide to get off my couch and I’m so glad I did also my coffee tastes great :) no complaints here. Thank you!
