Its wasn’t frozen at all whip cream was all melted and the what was supposed to be a frozen coffee was more like at room temp!! It’s like they made it right away and then let it sit by the window for 30 min . Extremely disappointed this is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience and am tiered of wasting my money at this location for sure will not go here agin if you plan on going here plan on waiting a while your burning all that gas in the drive-through

They were very kind understanding and made it quickly as I pulled around to come inside and get it. Kudos to those three for working hard And not making me feel like an inconvenience while they were busy!!!
