- AQAlysha QureshiApr 15, 20262.0I was at the Panera. The Panera people made my order wrong. I had 2 turkey bagels instead of a turkey sandwich and a bagel. Then I went back and I told them my order was wrong. Last they made my order right but I told them I was allergic to bacon and they were making my sandwich right by the container of bacon. I was feeling disgusted. at least the bacon wasn’t in my sandwhich. The workers were careless about my request that I made to them about bacon.

As I waited for my to go order, 2 different people came back because they did not get what they had ordered. Unfortunately for me, I didn't check the bag until I got home. I LOVE the Green Godess salad but sadly, I sat down at home with another kind of salad. Yes- it was still good but I was disappointed. Hoping it was someone's first day or just a bad day.

Staff was unhelpful and unapologetic about the delay. One of the worst experiences I have had and I wont be using them in the future.
