Walk in the restraunt is a mess, there’s zero customers there and 5 employees, out of corn salsa, chips, silverware and napkins. Place could use a lot of freshening up on customer service and cleanliness

It’s amazing how this location went from lines outside the door to barely anyone at all. The food is uneditable at this point—the pork is very soggy and filled with fat. Chipotle is usually a decent chain, but it’s worth driving to North Royalton to get instead of this. Or just go to Bubbakoos down the street.

Is the owner bogarting Tabasco and napkins to save money? Yet I frequent this location. Seems chronically understaffed. I’m sure the owner loves counting extra money from skimping on service.
