  I had such an outstanding experience at Bruegger’s Bagels that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this location is something special—and that starts with the manager. She runs an incredibly tight, welcoming operation and sets the tone for the entire team. You can tell she genuinely cares, not just about the food, but about every single customer who walks through the door. Her team reflects that leadership perfectly. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and attentive, even during a busy rush. It’s rare to see a group work together so seamlessly while still making each guest feel acknowledged and appreciated. Orders were handled quickly, accurately, and with a smile. And of course, the food was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving a great bagel. But what really sets this place apart is the atmosphere the manager and her team have created. It’s warm, welcoming, and consistently excellent. This is how every location should be run. I’ll absolutely be back, and I highly recommend stopping in if you want great food paired with even better service.

  I have been a Brueggers customer for over 30 years. I love their bagels, but this one is a huge disappointment. Got two garlic bagels with sausage and cheese, no egg. The ones in Strongsville and Westlake always put the bagels in the oven to melt the cheese, and the bagels are perfect, but this one just slices it, doesn't even toast it, throws cold sausage and cheese on it, and says "thats how corporate wants it done." Thats pure laziness and inexcusable! If that is a policy, then why do the other two stores put the bagels in the oven and they come out the way they are supposed to? I paid $13 for two sandwiches and a coffee, and i could go to McDonalds and pay half that for a sausage mcmuffin, WITH MELTED CHEESE, and it would taste way better than what they gave me! I think you need to update your employees on actual policy, because that is definitely not a typical Brueggers quality product. None of that makes any sense! PURE LAZINESS!

  I get my food on time the crew at the brecksville location are so nice and care about there customers I cant say enough how great they are and the begals are amazing I love the variety but my favorite is the everything begal
