  food was fine, one of the male workers was incredibly rude to my partner and i because we werent aware it was basically mobile order only? consider putting up a sign before you storm off like a you’re a 4 year old boy and get the nearest woman to take over. she was pleasant at least

  Best chain pizza in the area and easily the best stuffed crust pizza you can get around but specifically only this BG location thanks for killing it

  Horrible experience. Rude workers. Ordered food through app. Not door dash, they tried to deliver through door dash and they didn’t deliver, brought food back to store. And said they went to address and no response. When I was actively waiting and no one came. I called to resolve issues, especially because I work in food too and I’m very understanding. So I told them the issue on my end and they said they can deliver the food in 20 minutes Mind you by this time my order was ready an hour prior so almost an hour and a half old food. I asked for a remake, because in the food service business that’s just what you should do. She was rude to me calling me a liar, like I’d order food and not get it? And then when I asked to speak to higher up, she was once again rude. Her name is Bella Sat and waited on hold for 5 minutes, had to recall to speak with someone. Once the higher up was on the phone (Kim) I tried to explain what was going on, and I also mentioned that the girl who had answered the phone was rude with me, she then follows up with “I was listening the whole time you were rude” when I in fact was not. If she was listening why did I sit on hold for 5 minutes. The manager was rude, she told me she wasn’t remaking anything and didn’t offer anything else for me, I had to take it upon myself to ask for a refund, and I also asked for their names. She only gave me the names and hung up the phone. Not knowing what was going on because nothing was said about the refund on her end, so I had to call the store again. I had to ask about the refund and she said very rudely “I already canceled the order it’ll refund at the end of the night” like it’s something I’m supposed to be aware of when she never even said she was issuing the refund. Horrible workers, not customer friendly, not the kind of people you want or need in the food service industry.

  Rude, and inept. The delivery driver was anything but respectful,.Regardless of the fact there pizza tracker is worthless, she stated she waited 5 minutes (2, in reality) and gave me SERIOUSLY disrespectful attitude. You want good pizza at a good price AND have professional drivers, call DOMINOS. Heck, call ANYONE besides Papa John's! Sorry Shaq, Findlay is just ridiculous!
