The manager or whoever is always in the back YELLING at employees is totally unacceptable. SHE is always yelling at them in such a condescending way it’s horrible. The employees are great, and my food is always fresh! Stop treating your employees poorly and maybe their service will improve.

I did a DoorDash order and everything was packed perfectly. Everything was still warm and they even gave me extra salt packs and ketchup for mine and my husband’s fries. Thank you so much McDonald’s, every time I order you never disappoint me 🤗❤️

Didn't recieve half of my order. One of the few items I did recieve was not made correctly. When I originally called to to try to have the order corrected I was hung up on. Mind you, while I was not happy, but I certainly wasn't abusive or even speaking with a raised voice. When I called back no one picked up. Then the phone was then taken off the hook and the line showed as busy for sometime after. When I eventually did get in touch with a manager they were rude and unapologetic. Your better off spending your money else where. I work in the service industry, and don't believe I have ever left a negative review, but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

Workers LACK COMMUNICATION and ORGANIZATION!! Waited over 20 mins for 2 pies and 2 drinks instead of saying something to me about my wait time or even acknowledging me at the counter they completely ignored me just because they have kiosks they feel there is no need for human interactions or common curiosity. Management needs to learn how to communicate with customers and how to properly handle a stressful work environment situation. Also noticed workers drinking and eating where customers can see them in the kitchen this place really needs to get it together
