  I go to this jimmy john’s pretty often and have had no problems. I go last night and i place an online order with a sub, chips, and a drink. I get my order but did not receive my cup, so i go up to the cashier to show her my order and proof i didn’t get a cup. The cashier tries to grab it from me saying “this isn’t your order” then realizes she is wrong she rudely hands me the cup.

  Food always takes a long time to get delivered and is often delivered to the wrong apartment building. Took an HOUR to get my food. At least it was good.

  Always up beat love to see Dustin still around and some rules changed not a fan of toasted tho but to each his own
