I ordered a bbq pizza with sausage and ham, received a pepperoni pizza with pizza sauce. Called the store, the person on the phone was rude, I understand if there is nothing you can do but you could at least be nice. After the very rude tone of turning me away immediately, they hung up on me while I was still asking a question. Very disappointed, however I know someone who worked there and that is behaviour that is promoted by management there so no real surprises
