  I’m always disappointed in restaurants in this area. However I had hopes for this place. But sadly I instantly knew I was going to be disappointed again. First of all you had to order from 2 of the z4 broken kiosks and it was not user friendly. The floors felt like someone mopped them with pure Elmer’s glue. Nasty. The soups were cold. Staff was of no help when we inquired about an item. The sandwich was not correct and everything felt so dirty. I’m so mad that this was this terrible.

  Only come to Panera if you’re ready to join the kitchen staff. I got Mac and cheese and it was served straight from the bag. It was not lukewarm, not cold, but frozen. Holding the bowl made my hands chilly. So, I asked the kitchen staff if they could remake it. Instead, I got hired! They informed me that there was a microwave I could use! Wonderful! Am I making $13 an hour now? I’m not trying to be rude, but I should’ve made a Mac and cheese cup at that point. My cookie was good though.

  Waited 8 minutes at the front counter to place an order because 1/4 of the kiosks worked. Saw 5 worker and 5 saw me but the the 5th one finally walked over and took my order. Right after she had appeared she disappeared and walked outside to hit her vape, all while other customers were waiting to place their orders. As a food industry worker that was wild to see, sorry for the bad review but it was needed.
