Saw 5 worker and 5 saw me but the the 5th one finally walked over and took my order. Right after she had appeared she disappeared and walked outside to hit her vape, all while other customers were waiting to place their orders. As a food industry worker that was wild to see, sorry for the bad review but it was needed.

Then I noticed they changed their cinnamon crunch bagel it used to have a crunchy sweet coating on it, now it doesn't which changes the taste and defeats the crunch part of the name. Im not sure what has happened but between the bagel change and the messed up orders I dont know how often Ill be ordering
