    Second time ordering this month. Both times took over an hour! The first time they forgot half of my order and took another 20-30 mins to get it to me. This time order wasn’t right. Gave it a second time because thought it would be different nope! Never again! It’s crazy because I just went straight to the reviews before posting this.. looks like I’m not the only one.

    For a place that's slogan is "Freaky Fast", this location does not live up to that. The last 2-3 times we've ordered delivery, it has taken well over an hour to receive our order. This location tends to mark order "out for delivery," shortly after order is placed. But don't expect to receive it that quickly. When called to address the late delivery, the manager gives the same excuse: driver was given 5+ orders and is new, he will be there shortly. By the time order arrives it is room temp and ice completely melted in the drinks. If you're ordering for your lunch break, I'd suggest placing your order 1.5 hours in advance, if not earlier.
