When I arrived home, the pizza wasn't there and the tracking had disappeared. I called the store and was informed that the store changed their policy and no long allows drivers to leave the pizza at the door due to high amounts of theft in the area. However, they apparently have no way of letting customers know this ahead of time. I wrote a review then but took it down as I may have overreacted to this situation and the girl over the phone was nice. They resent my order, it was cold but it was fine. However, in response to my complaint, I received a fairly rude email from I'm assuming the owner of the store informing me that this has been a policy for two years. Which can't be true because this is the first time this store hasn't left my order at the door. Whoever responded to my complaint was condescending and just disrespectful. So after removing my initial review, I've decided to repost cause it was just all around an unpleasant experience.
