  I placed an online order for delivery and paid the amount in full. Once the driver arrived he gave me my order and we parted ways. As I’m walking through the door in my building to go through the elevator he’s chasing after me telling me I have a balance due. I explained that I paid in full but he told me that has nothing to do with him, I either have to pay the remaining balance or he has to take the food. The entire experience was so embarrassing, I was chased down and had food taken from after I paid. I then called the store and they originally told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund, then later to me that if I still wanted the food to pay the remaining balance that was never presented to me until the driver demanded it. I contacted customer service but it went directly to the store and that exchange was even more degrading. They told me that they can only go by what they have on their end and when I broke down my order with the prices they still weren’t able to tell me where the extra money was from. There was a promotion for customers for stuffed cheese bread so I ordered it and when I told the customer service representative they told me it was AI. Being told that I had to use AI for an order was the most disrespectful thing I have ever been told. Durning the exchange with customer service they just completely stopped responding to me like I wasn’t a valued customer. Dominos is usually my first choice for ordering pizza or anything related but this entire experience just ruined my perception of them. I will never give my money back to Dominos and especially this location. The staff is disrespectful and the manager or owner takes no accountability for anything. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

  Why say a word dominos it doesn't matter does not do no good never go back there other domino's would make there customers happy bowling green domino's is worthless

  I like their pizza, crust is sometimes amazing. I took a point off because I find their pepperoni to smell too much and taste irony. Otherwise pretty good.
