  This is the worst Panera in the area. They never get your order right. There is always something stale. Today I ordered soup. The lid wasn’t on and when I carried it into the house the soaking wet bag broke and the soup was every where. I’d call but I know they don’t care. Will need to go out of my way to go to a different one, but it will be worth it.

  Horrible customer service. I called about my wrong order and was told I could come in and get a free replacement entrée. After waiting 35 minutes for them to fix it, they told me they actually couldn’t remake it. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I will never come back.”

  Panera has seriously gone downhill. The bagels used to be fresh, chewy, and actually worth buying — now they taste flat, frozen, and completely lifeless. You can tell they’ve switched to cheaper, mass-produced dough because the texture is off, the flavor is bland, and the toppings are barely even there anymore. Everything that used to feel “fresh baked” is now obviously thawed out and reheated. Panera’s quality used to stand out, but now it’s just another chain cutting corners and hoping no one notices. Unfortunately, the customers definitely notice — and the bagels are honestly terrible now!
