I placed an online order, got there past my pick up time and my order was not even started. We had to wait for the entire line to be done before our online order was even started. It took an hour to get my order. This is also not the first time this has happened at this subway. The owner needs to do better.

He was making the sandwiches and ringing out people. He had no help. He did a good job under the circumstances. How do you have 1 employee working on a Saturday at lunch. Poor management!!
