The girls at my normal panera do that for me all the time cuz it's hard to pour it in the car. She was nice about it but my sip club notes say to bring your own cup and that saves on waste but they still get the cup of coffe but the pour it in my cup at the window but this location would not do that for me. Luckily I did not spill it.

We began to wonder if someone just took our order then left. Finally the cashier hands us our food. Completely wrong order but thankfully we checked the bag. Waited another 5 minutes. Finally got the right food. Realized after pulling off was given no straw for the drink, silverware for the soup or salad, or napkins. Guess I’ll just use my hands lol. I mean what in the world is going on at this place? It’s not busy at all. Does anyone even care a tiny bit….? This location did not used to be this bad.
