In my 30+ years of being an avid fan and having eaten and raised my kids on weekly dinners at Outback restaurants in at least twenty states across the US, I've never had one run out of Kookaburro wings. Well, the Poland location was out by 5pm.

Called to make a reservation for a party of 9-10 people was gonna go out to celebrate my late mothers birthday as we always came here for over 20 years this was her favorite restaurant. Manager was rude said we cant be at this establishment for “long” and that we all HAD to be on one check. looks like we aren’t wanted at this establishment no more, shame for a business going downhill you’d think you would want the sale but instead lost several customers out of my family.

Wanted to love it but didn’t have the best experience. We went on a Friday and knew it’d be busy so they said about a half hour and they sent a text to head in. I didn’t realize i had to go up again and let them know so we got passed up once or twice. Finally realized and was seated. I ordered steak sweet potato and fries. Steak had more fat in it than not, so I barely got any good pieces bc I hate fat, the fry had a hair/eyelash on it and I didn’t touch my potato bc I was irritated at that point. We finished the 4 rolls and were ordered another 4 so I’m not sure if there’s a cut off or unlimited but we’re not ordered more

This is the first time I've gone to an Outback Steakhouse in several years. We typically go to another steakhouse, which I will not name on here, but it is located directly across the street from this restaurant. The first clue that it wouldn't be a wonderful experience is that it was not very busy on a Saturday evening in Boardman during the holiday season. The service itself was good. Our waitress was very nice and came to our table frequently to check in, get drink refills, etc. The food, however, was a total joke. Our appetizer was decent (the platter with blooming onion, fries, and mozzarella sticks) but everything beyond that was subpar. I ordered the $30 sirloin with grilled shrimp. They brought out a steak that was so tough and chewy that I could barely swallow it and four very tiny, pathetic shrimp. My spouse ordered the $20 sirloin deal that came with cheesecake. He wasn't impressed with his steak either, and his strawberry cheesecake looked awful. Nothing about the presentation of it was appetizing. The meal, including our child's meal, was over $100 with tip. Very much a rip off. No wonder the steakhouse across the street is always packed with a wait and this one is empty and drab.

Went to the Boardman Outback last night for dinner with a friend. I had not been there for several months and went specifically for the prime rib. I was told by the server that prime rib is not available anymore except on the weekends. Very disappointing! We ordered the Trio Appetizer and it was very disappointing. The onion petals were long strings of onions all breading, the mozzarella sticks tasted like a blended cheese and the bacon cheddar fries had very little cheese and a tiny sprinkle of bacon bits. I ended up ordering the ribs, another mistake. They were mostly bone, sauce had no flavor. I ordered the sweet potato for a side. When the plate came it had 2 little brown flat things on the plate about the size of a large egg. I was informed by the server that the sweet potatoes were very small so the gave me 2. These 2 would not have equalled half of a normal sweet potato. I have a feeling that since I was last there that they have a new manager because I never had this experience in the past. I would think that with Texas Roadhouse across the street who serves prime rib 7 days a week, and would never have served those sweet potatoes that Outback would up their game. It will be a very long time, if ever before I go back to Outback,. especially with Texas Roadhouse across the street and Longhorn up the road.
