  Took my girlfriend for her birthday, got to place at 7pm. Didn't get food till 9pm.. ordered drinks took hour or more to get drinks.they Came all the ice melted,watered down. Every table was the same thing..2 hours to get your food.. took 35 mins just to get a water or for waiter to Evan come.. the prices went up , 86$ for 2 meals. Worst experience in my entire life at restaurant. Lol. When we were leaving ,it was like a party out back ,waiters,cooks all out side in back laughing,smoking, having good old time. While customers are inside waiting 2 hours for service. Place was a joke.. I never had this experience at Niles location. 108$ total for the worst service ever. We tipped 20$ shouldn't Evan of gave anything. .

  I frequent here OFTEN ! I chose the wait ahead option online for Valentine’s Day and had a time of 2:30pm . The heavy set hostess with black curly hair and braces was EXTREMELY rude ! I went in twice to be told 10 mins a third time to hear 10 more minutes. After waiting 40 mins past the set time and watching everyone else be seated and greeted I asked what was the hold up and she stated the wait list had gotten longer. I mentioned getting on the wait list at 10:20 am I used the term reservation and she went on to rudely correct me about the restaurant not having any instead of trying to accommodate. She then cancelled me in entirety off the list. I will not patronize again.

  BIG Girl working takeout/doordash orders is miserable. I literally just pulled up and was waiting in my car because outback orders are never ready and she comes out to my car and asked me for the name I tell her then she gives me attitude while handing me the order about how we're supposed to come in and I said oh I know then on her way in I heard her in a snobby voice talking smack to her coworkers. If your this miserable QUIT your job. Making outback look bad (and big)

  Our server was Kahlil. He was extremely patient and kind. Climbed up to close ceiling tiles because of cold draft. Got me juice for my glucose crash, another au jus when my fumbly neuropathy fingers spilled one, asked chef if he could get me prime rib tho it was too early( on line never mentioned time available) helped my husband choose my order when I was crashing and couldn't think,see,or speak well. Then there was an issue with the gift card we had and he dealt with it. Never impatient.

  Absolutely the worst resturant in Boardman. We sat at the bar being 2 of 3 ppl there. Took 15 minutes to get acknowledged. Ordered 2 meals and sat over 1 hour (my own fault for letting it get that far) before asking to be cashed out for the 2 drinks we had. Magically, the waitress had our food sent out in 60 seconds. I rejected it after waiting that long and left. Place is running into the ground and a disaster. Also note, 4 tables that came in after us had been served and gone before we even left. Disgusting behavior for a franchise that big
