    I ordered a #11 add bacon they did not give me the bacon and refused to issue me a refund for the bacon the boy who I spoke to was very rude stated that they would credit me for my next visit fast forward to today same scenario my husband gets home with my sandwich no bacon plus they actually charged me for the bacon again called the store I refuse to call this slum a restaraunt the boy on the phone was rude hung up on me twice said he was the manager though my husband called back and the kid refused to give him his name im gonna assume from other reviews this is Jesse same mo he gives my husband a number to call but if his family owns it it's most likely not a corporate number but my husband did call and complain I didn't want a refund on sandwich either time I wanted price of bacon refunded 2.20 each time and they refuse to give me my money I don't care if people think 4 dollars big deal I work hard for my money and im not about to just let them keep robbing people I will take matters further to get my money returned and will never ever eat in this dump again if there are good reviews is either family or friends because there's no way this place is getting good reviews honestly they are stealing from the public

    I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the experience I had at your store today. I ordered a simple turkey and cheese sandwich for my son, who has an egg allergy. I always request no toppings because he cannot have mayonnaise. Despite clearly asking for just turkey and cheese—an order I place regularly at this location—the sandwich was made with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. I went back through the drive-thru to have it remade, and the employee on the intercom immediately responded with an angry tone, questioning whether I “asked for no toppings.” I explained again that I did, and he told me to pull up to the window. He then demanded that I hand the original sandwich back, which I found very concerning from a health and sanitation standpoint. Once they handed me the replacement, I checked it—what I saw was shocking. The turkey looked chewed up, almost as if someone had spit it onto the sandwich. I have been eating Jimmy John’s turkey for years and have never seen anything like this. I went inside to request a refund, and the same employee, who said his name was Jesse, began raising his voice at me. He insisted he couldn’t issue a refund and claimed his family owns the store and they “weren’t going to do anything.” He also said they needed the entire order returned in order to refund one sandwich, which made no sense. His behavior was completely unprofessional and honestly alarming. When I left and sat in my car—still upset—he came outside, got into his truck, and peeled out of the parking lot in anger. I am appalled at how I was treated and deeply concerned about the safety of the food I was given. I strongly request that camera footage be reviewed and that this situation be addressed immediately. No customer should be treated this way, especially when food allergies are involved. This entire experience was unacceptable and genuinely disgusting.

    Messed up 2 out of 4 sandwiches ordered. Restaurant was empty and they still couldn’t get my order correct of adding cheese to one sandwich and leaving mayo off of another. First time ordering here and will never go back.

    Staff is very pleasant and friendly and didn’t skimp on any of the toppings or add-ons. It’s a jimmy johns, and tastes like every other jimmy johns, which is a great thing. I will admit, these guys need to take a class on how to close a wrap. Mine was falling apart, but all the flavors were still there. My partners sub looked like something right out of the commercial, safe to say subs are where they shine. Overall, they’re much better than the 3 star rating they have. Don’t be afraid to order from here.
