The service was decent, but as soon as my husband and I sat down to eat we found a curly black hair mixed in the burger. They should be wearing hair nets when cooking/“building” the food. My husband’s burger bread was completely soggy as well. Was not happy at all, especially given the price.

I really like their burgers and they're the only burger joint nearby that still offers Cajun fries. However they lose a star because lately they've been skimpy with the fries. They used to fill the cup and dump a ton in the bag but the last two visits they barely filled the cup.

Had lunch by myself today and the food was delicious as usual. The sweet girl working the register couldn’t have been more professional. She was great. She made sure to welcome every single person in and was cleaning and wiping everything down between customers. The place was spotless!!

Had maybe 50 cross country runners ordering and everything came out timely and the workers were very patient. The food was delicious and didn’t lack anything. Thank you five guys.

Might just be the worse five guys I go too! I have went here atleats 20 times, I have asked atleats 15 time for them not to smash my burger. But some how every time they still do. It is honestly a joke I can drive 20 minutes away to any of the other 3 locations in our area and never have this problem. Don’t understand how hard it is not to smash the burger when you wrap it up. If you ever got a smashed burger you would know it gets super soggy and the bun has the texture of mashed potatoes
