Today because they alternate workers for some reason I get to deal with people who have no sense of customer service and ignorant . I bought my coffee as usual and went to Meijers down the street . I took one sip of my coffee and put it in cup holder of my buggy . As I was coming into store I was told I was dripping coffee everywhere . I looked at bottom of cup and it was leaking heavily from bottom ( 2nd time I’ve had defective cup ) . I threw cup away after throwing away coffee . I went back to Dunkin to let them know the issue and they wanted to charge me for a new coffee then the manager on duty said she would allow it since it was Thanksgiving. Are you kidding me ? How about I’m sorry sir let’s get you a new coffee and apologize for the issue . There was a scene with people sitting there because they had the audacity to charge me and tell Me I should have brought back the rest of the coffee . Who trains your managers there some of them have no sense of customer service
