I tried to call back and ask to speak to a manager but now they are not answering, I am also contacting corporate and the better business bureau. It’s not about the coffee it’s about customer service.

I usually place my order 20 minutes ahead through the app, but it still isn’t done when I arrive. Not sure if it’s because of new employees, but the manager really needs to step in and make sure orders are prepared in a timely manner. People have places to be, and there’s no reason I should have to wait 20 minutes for just a drink and some donuts especially on a slow Sunday when the store is almost empty. If they keep it up I’ll just start going to Starbucks.
