  Ordered food on the Mcdonalds app and went through the drive thru to pick up. They had me "pull ahead" and said they would bring my food out. They never did. So I went inside to inquire about it. Was assured it would be out shortly. It was not. I went back inside to find a long line of angry customers and nobody helping. In total I waited about 45 minutes before I cut my losses and left without my food. Still paid for it though and getting a refund seems unlikely. I've contacted corporate and the local franchise owners about a refund.

  Food was okay, but we brought 5 meals and they forgot all 5 fries and 1 box of nuggets from our order. My kid orderd a shamrock shake and they brought out a strawberry shake. Workers were very disorganized and they looked completely lost. While we were there multiple people were also frustrated with the service. 1 star do not recommend.

  This is a very slow McDonalds and i don't think any of the employees have a clue on what they're doing. One sandwich and i was asked to pull over to reserved spot 2 and waited 10 minutes for a bagel

  Went inside to order, waited quite a while and someone finally came out and said they will be right back. After waiting a while longer left. Got in the car and drive through the drive through, only one car there. Order a coffee and two sausage Mcmuffin, no egg. Got right through no waiting I seen the guy that was in front of me inside so standing at the counter. Got on the freeway and grabbed a sandwich and it's a dry biscuit.
