Placed a mobile order at 10:22am as I was currently on my way to Bluffton. I was charged $16 for my meal, I arrived at the drive through at 10:31am and I was told that breakfast was over and I could only get my ice coffee. I explained to the drive through worker that I was charged $16 for this breakfast meal and I was only getting a coffee. The one female in the back of the window laughed and said that breakfast could not be made anymore. When I pulled up to the next window to get my coffee the worker said that there was a single hash brown remaining, I laughed and just asked for my coffee.
I’m unsure why breakfast can be order before the 10:30am deadline but can’t be prepared for someone picking it up.
Update 11/20/25
I have been charged the full amount of $16.58 for a single iced coffee and no refund has been started. Capital explained that it would take 50 days for an investigation to be started so I’m out the money until McDonald’s corrects their error.

Sad that when people are at your counter to pay for orders put on your kiosk amd we get treated like we are an inconvenience! By the manager to boot!
