    They have a completely new crew and the drinks since the last crew have been disgusting every single time.

    Order not correct at all!! Staff needs better training. Stinks to pay 13 bucks and get half filled cups with obvious wrong ingredients...such as hold the whipped topping and it has it....and asked for almond milk and got whole.

    I have not been to the Bluffton Dunkin in awhile and after I visited I realized why. There was three people working and the focus was on drive thru and mobile orders. I waited at least 15 minutes before one of the workers recommended that I use the kiosk and I wanted to talk to a human being. Finally when someone finally comes over they was going to wait on someone who had come in after me. I made sure that I was taken care of first. I won't be back. That was the worst service ever. The time was 7:45am
