I waited at least 15 minutes before one of the workers recommended that I use the kiosk and I wanted to talk to a human being. Finally when someone finally comes over they was going to wait on someone who had come in after me. I made sure that I was taken care of first. I won't be back. That was the worst service ever. The time was 7:45am

No one in store but a couple cars in drive thru. Two employees. One of them was making a drink for drive thru I assume. Not sure what the other one was doing. Stood there for 5 minutes or so. Neither one acknowledged me in any way. I would have waited if one of them had said I'll be with you in a minute but that didn't happen. Plus they both had big frowns on their faces like they didn't really like being in the customer service industry. Anyhow, my husband and I decided to just leave. Oh yeah, what I wanted to tell them was that the toilet in the ladies room was overflowing! Susan Wilson
