I would give this location zero stars if possible. My husband wasn't feeling well today, so I offered to pick up his dinner for him. He was very excited to try the new "Big Arch" meal! I asked for the large size since he hadn't eaten all day. When I got home with his dinner, he opened the bag with the biggest smile on his face. His smile quickly faded when he realized that his large fry was only half way full, and his"Big Arch" burger was sloppily thrown together, and was cold, and his drink had minimal ice. For the amount of money I spent on this meal, we could've gone to competitor who has healthier, fresh, options, exceptional customer service, and the food is aesthetically pleasing. My husband called to speak to the store manager and as soon as he voiced his complaint, she set the phone down for 5 minutes and then hung up on him. This is the absolute worst customer service experience that I've ever witnessed. After reading other reviews, I'm completely shocked that this manager still has a job. I believe that there are many more customers who have had a bad experience at this location, but it happens so often, that it's expected. Customers who are still choosing McDonald's over the competition are settling for mediocre service and food. I personally haven't eaten McDonald's in many years, because the food is just plain gross and unhealthy. After this experience, my husband won't be back either. I'm a business owner, and my husband works for a multi-million dollar company. We're both well aware that exceptional customer service is the backbone of a company, and that poor customer service will eventually lead to the collapse of a business. Maybe that's what our country needs, less garbage fast food restaurants, and more healthy, fresh options. I would appreciate a response from your corporate team regarding how this situation will be addressed, especially when this appears to be part of an ongoing pattern at this location.
