  Dre, the manager is very disrespectful and rude. Asked for corporate number and was told he didn’t have one and i could look it up and find it myself!!!

  To the owner. I’m disappointed by the rigid and frankly inconvenient payment policy at this location. I tried to pay for a $48 order with a $50 bill, and the staff refused to take it, insisting on a credit card instead. When I asked why, I was told it’s "the owner's policy" and they "just work here." They all looked embarrassed. Signs on the door after we drive over here. Move till a five star cause I don’t wanna hurt the rating, but you need to correct this policy in my opinion. It’s just a sandwich. Are you kidding me!!! I understand not taking $100s for a bag of chips, but refusing a $50 for a full meal and 2$ change is ridiculous. If you don't have a card on you, you're basically out of luck. Plenty of other sandwich shops nearby are happy to take cash. Food wasn’t that good either. Worse jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to.

  Unbelievable! There aren’t any customers when I walk in. A few days in a row I am trying to use the restroom and it is locked. When I question them they said it is in use. Yet… no customers….i believe that they just don’t want to clean it. When I asked they kept on asking me back :what? As if they didn’t understand me! They should not be open if they act like this! Unbelievable!

  First time I entered to the Jimmy John's. There is no respect of customer service, The charge full amount but they don't fill it up any source, they make dry sub. The handover food bag separate you have to pack up your food and everything that's a self service like a gas station. Even though I would say worse than gas station. They charge you for everything but they don't remind you that you forget something.
