It used to be that gift cards were connected to your account or phone number. Well, no longer. Ended up stepping out of line and sitting at a table to order on my phone app. It worked, and it came out quickly. However, when I ordered on the app, I had inadvertently not changed the bread on the item, the associate knew and gave me the bread I had originally ordered from the counter. Excellent attention to detail. Our food was hot, yummy and everyone was kind and cheerful. Really good experience. Wish this one was closer to us! This should be the standard for all locations. Thanks team!
