Team members were chatting loudly behind the counter about taxes, wages, etc. Mentioned that a regular customer, "Mr. Annoying" was about to come through the front door. Out of most bagel options. When I asked for skim milk, I was handed the entire gallon container and told to take as much as I needed. Temperature inside was brutally cold, even with the fireplace on. The carpeting, seats, and tables are all worn out and dirty.

I have a Panera Sip Club membership and typically work 9-12 hours per week from various Panera locations(Mason, Kings Mill, Tylesrville, etc.) Blue Ash is my favorite.
