  So walked in at 10:45am on 12/24/25, girl in her 20's with a white earbud snaps at me while I'm giving order to the cashier "I don't have bread for you I can't serve you." And immediately looks back down continuing working. I mean, if your store isn't managing bread and stuff I get it, I'm human and not entitled. Me getting something else for lunch isn't ruining my day, but the attitude and dismissiveness from her was out of control. By the way every time I'm there I see employees with ear buds in, can we just show up to work like adults? I will make certain to avoid this store permanently and only go to other franchise stores. Hope that podcast is really interesting homegirl!

  I drive for doordash. I have not eaten from this particular location so I cannot say anything about their food. What I can say is every single time that i have picked app an order from this location.There has only been one employee at work and its the SAME guy. This is an extremely unsafe practice and I worry for that employee. What if he cuts himself on the job or gets hurt? What if hes sick? What if there is a type of emergency? What if somebody with nefarious intent comes in???? As someone who has worked in restaurants for about two decades I was absolutely astonished at that. The employee in question is always fantastic helpful and very kind, i just worry for him working by himself. The safety of the employees should be high on the important list for corporation.

  The managers attitude is absolutely atrocious. The owner should be embarrassed by the lack of meat and topping on the sandwichs. Well, except for the gallon of mayo. Don't waste your time or money with this location. I was able to get a refund by contacting corporate. The manager didn't care when I expressed concerns and told me that she knows how to make a perfect sandwich in a snarky tone.

  Literally 3rd time in a row.. I order the same sandwich evwrytime, that doesnt come with tomato. Get tomato.. last time order same, but say no tomato.., get tomato. This time, I say again, and they even ask. "No tomato?" I answer yes.... tomatoes all thru it. This is at 3 different jimmy johns, but today it was here. Done
