  What a huge turnaround at the former Bruegger’s Bagels location in Blue Ash! For quite a while after Covid, this location struggled. The food quality had declined, service felt neglected, and many times the dining room had chairs stacked on the tables so customers couldn’t even sit down and enjoy their meal. It honestly felt like the location might not survive. Fast forward to today — new ownership has reopened the store as Einstein Bros. Bagels, and the difference is night and day. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and finally open for customers to sit and enjoy breakfast or lunch again. The bagels and sandwiches are fresh and exactly what you expect from a great bagel shop. The sandwich I had today was flavorful, well prepared, and a big improvement from the past few years. A big reason for the positive change is manager Eldridge. You can immediately tell he has a servant’s heart, a positive attitude, and real pride in making this location succeed. Leadership like that makes a real difference.   Melisha and Paige and Kenny are so quick and efficient! Loved coming here for the first time and having them serve me!

  Love the location, nice place to dine in... Bagels especially the gourmet ones are amazing.. they also display protein and calories for each category... Highly recommended

  Oops I made a mistake. I ordered a dozen bagels by phone for my sister to pick up when she would be in Blue Ash later that morning, but I accidentally dialed the Maderia store as I discovered when my sister arrived to pick up my order and it was not there, of course. She called me because El, the manager, suggested that possibly I called another store. I insisted I didn't, but after I hung up I looked at the number I called and he was right, it was Maderia's number. So I immediately phoned Maderia and apologized for my mistake. They said no problem, thanks for letting them know. Meanwhile, back in Blue Ash, El could not do enough for my sister, thinking he or his staff made the mistake. He offered to make more pumpernickel bagels because that was the bulk of my order if she could come back in an hour, which she could. Then he insisted on making a sandwich for her lunch....she accepted gratefully. It was all my fault and I am very sorry. I appreciate your generosity, El, and will definitely return (if you'll have me) as I love these bagels!
