- PPP PeytonOct 19, 20251.0I’ve come to this location several times and like most people I’ve got my order. I first discovered it at this very location. I really wanted a banana and peanut butter shake and the lady said well we have all those things and did it for me. It was awesome and I’ve always gotten them no problem ever since until today. Apparently there is some new policy where they can only use their bananas for a banana split and nothing else. They just refused to use free thought and creativity and put these things together and blend it. It was just such an odd experience and not one person had any kind of customer service to just solve the simple issue. It felt like a weird power flex over a banana?? I even offered to pay for a banana split or extra for it to no avail. Bad customer service and did I mention they were dead with 3 employees and we were the only customers.

Had sass the entire time and couldn't even tell me why the gift card wouldn't work. Asked if she could confirm it, she just DEATH stared and waited for another payment. Asked for a receipt and still wouldn't give me One. (Will be coming back if it was charged for a refund) She was extremely unpleasant and shouldn't be working a counter with the amount of attitude she gave to every customer that walked through (I wasn't the only one). I go there often and never have had such horrible experiences but she seems to be an issue every time we go. We will not be coming back to this location
