- MTMontana Tye3 days ago1.0Quality has really gone down at this location. I got a large reeses blizzard and it had no chunks in it. Just specs of peanut butter. I nicely asked the employee if I could just have a little more to dump in the top. She tried to ring me up for extra topping. I showed her there was none in mine and she said there was nothing she could do. She refused to refund or do anything. For almost $8 thats crazy. Talked to a manager the next day who said it was definitely not made right and took down my information and said theyl gm would reach out with a refund or voucher and they would talk to the employee. They never reached out. About a month later I went back (last week) and the same thing happened. This is the only dairy queen Ive ever had an issue with. Added pictures from both recent visits.

- PPP PeytonOct 19, 20251.0I’ve come to this location several times and like most people I’ve got my order. I first discovered it at this very location. I really wanted a banana and peanut butter shake and the lady said well we have all those things and did it for me. It was awesome and I’ve always gotten them no problem ever since until today. Apparently there is some new policy where they can only use their bananas for a banana split and nothing else. They just refused to use free thought and creativity and put these things together and blend it. It was just such an odd experience and not one person had any kind of customer service to just solve the simple issue. It felt like a weird power flex over a banana?? I even offered to pay for a banana split or extra for it to no avail. Bad customer service and did I mention they were dead with 3 employees and we were the only customers.
